To measure is to know!

To substantiate the impact of our learning programme, we offer the possibility of measuring the working climate within your team(s), both before and after participation in the programme.

Pre-measurement: before the programme starts, a measurement is carried out to give the individual participant insight into his or her strengths, potential weaknesses and development points underlying the current situation.
Post-measurement: about six months after completion of the programme, a second measurement is carried out. This measurement shows what effect the programme has had on the shop floor and serves as proof of the added value of the leadership programme.

Through these measurements, you can concretely determine the progress and impact of our programme and gain valuable insights for further growth and development within your team and organisation.
